This Privacy Policy (hereinafter \u2014 the \"Privacy Policy\") applies to the culturehub.uz website and defines the procedure for processing and protecting the Personal Data of culturehub.uz Users.<\/p>\n
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:<\/p>\n
\"Administration of culturehub.uz\" (hereinafter \u2014 the \"Administration\")<\/strong> \u2014 persons authorised to manage culturehub.uz, acting on behalf of the Film Critics Club of Uzbekistan (CULTURE HUB UZBEKISTAN, hereinafter \u2014 the \"Club\"), who organise and (or) carry out the processing of Personal Data or any other confidential information in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and who determine the purposes of processing Personal Data, the composition of the Personal Data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with Personal Data.<\/p>\n \"Personal Data\"<\/strong> \u2014 information recorded on an electronic, paper and (or) other material medium that relates to a specific natural person or makes it possible to identify that person.<\/p>\n \"Processing of Personal Data\"<\/strong> \u2014 any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with Personal Data with or without the use of automation tools, or the performance of one or a set of actions involving the collection, systematisation, storage, modification, supplementation, use, provision, dissemination, transfer, depersonalisation and destruction of Personal Data.<\/p>\n \"Confidentiality of Personal Data\"<\/strong> \u2014 a requirement, binding upon the Club or any other person who has obtained access to Personal Data, not to allow its dissemination without the consent of the Personal Data subject or another lawful basis.<\/p>\n \"Confidential information\"<\/strong> \u2014 the User\u2019s Personal Data, including contact details, the content of Applications and enquiries submitted through the forms on culturehub.uz, and the materials attached by the User to such Applications.<\/p>\n \"User of culturehub.uz\" (hereinafter \u2014 the \"User\")<\/strong> \u2014 any natural person who has access to culturehub.uz via the Internet and who uses culturehub.uz.<\/p>\n \"Application\"<\/strong> \u2014 an enquiry submitted by the User to the Administration through a form on culturehub.uz, including an application to join the Club, the submission of the User\u2019s own work, a proposal of material for publication, or an enquiry from a member of the press.<\/p>\n \"Cookies\"<\/strong> \u2014 a small fragment of data sent by a web server and stored on the user\u2019s computer, which the web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time it attempts to open a page of the corresponding website.<\/p>\n \"IP address\"<\/strong> \u2014 a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.<\/p>\n 2.1. The User\u2019s use of culturehub.uz constitutes the User\u2019s consent to the requirements and conditions established by this Privacy Policy and to the conditions for processing the User\u2019s Personal Data in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.<\/p>\n 2.2. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using culturehub.uz.<\/p>\n 2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to culturehub.uz. culturehub.uz does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User may visit via links available on culturehub.uz.<\/p>\n 2.4. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the Personal Data provided by the User of culturehub.uz.<\/p>\n 3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration of culturehub.uz regarding non-disclosure and the provision of a confidentiality protection regime for the Personal Data that the User provides when completing a form on culturehub.uz and submitting an Application.<\/p>\n 3.2. The Personal Data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy and in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan is provided by the User by completing a form on culturehub.uz and includes the following information:<\/p>\n 3.2.1. the User\u2019s surname and first name;<\/p>\n 3.2.2. the User\u2019s contact telephone number;<\/p>\n 3.2.3. the email address (e-mail);<\/p>\n 3.2.4. the subject of the enquiry and the content of the message sent by the User;<\/p>\n 3.2.5. information and materials that the User voluntarily provides or attaches to an Application, including links to published works, texts, portfolios and other materials;<\/p>\n 3.2.6. the address of the culturehub.uz page from which the Application was sent.<\/p>\n 3.3. culturehub.uz protects the Personal Data that is transmitted automatically when the pages of the website are visited:<\/p>\n 3.3.1. Cookies are used to ensure the operation of culturehub.uz, to store user settings, including the selected interface language, and to collect anonymised traffic statistics. Disabling cookies may make certain features of culturehub.uz inaccessible.<\/p>\n 3.3.2. The Administration collects statistics on the IP addresses of culturehub.uz visitors. This information is used to identify and resolve technical problems, as well as to ensure the security of the website and protect it against unlawful actions.<\/p>\n 3.4. Any other personal confidential information not specified above (browsers and operating systems used, the history of enquiries, etc.) is subject to secure storage and non-disclosure, except in the cases provided for in clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n 4.1. The Administration of culturehub.uz may use the User\u2019s Personal Data for the purposes of:<\/p>\n 4.1.1. Identifying the User who submitted an Application through culturehub.uz.<\/p>\n 4.1.2. Reviewing the User\u2019s Application, including deciding on the User\u2019s admission to the Club, on the publication of submitted works and proposed materials, and on arranging interaction with members of the press.<\/p>\n 4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications and requests concerning the use of culturehub.uz and the review of an Application, and processing requests and enquiries from the User.<\/p>\n 4.1.4. Determining the User\u2019s location in order to ensure security and prevent fraud.<\/p>\n 4.1.5. Confirming the accuracy and completeness of the Personal Data provided by the User.<\/p>\n 4.1.6. Notifying the User of the status of the review of their Application.<\/p>\n 4.1.7. Providing the User with effective technical support in the event of problems related to the use of culturehub.uz.<\/p>\n 4.1.8. Providing the User, with their consent, with a newsletter, announcements of the Club\u2019s events and projects, and other information on behalf of culturehub.uz or on behalf of the Club\u2019s partners.<\/p>\n 4.1.9. Carrying out informational and advertising activities with the User\u2019s consent.<\/p>\n 4.1.10. Improving the operation of culturehub.uz, the quality of its services and the usability of the website.<\/p>\n 5.1. The processing of the User\u2019s Personal Data is carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan by any lawful means, including in information systems (databases) of Personal Data, with or without the use of automation tools.<\/p>\n 5.2. The User agrees that the Administration has the right to transfer Personal Data to third parties engaged to ensure the operation of culturehub.uz and the processing of Applications, in particular to the hosting services provider and to the operator of the messaging service through which the Administration receives Applications \u2014 solely to the extent necessary to review the User\u2019s Application.<\/p>\n 5.3. The User\u2019s Personal Data may be transferred to the authorised state bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan only on the grounds and in the manner established by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.<\/p>\n 5.4. In the event of the loss or disclosure of Personal Data through no fault of culturehub.uz, the Administration shall immediately inform the User of the loss or disclosure of the Personal Data.<\/p>\n 5.5. The Administration takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect the User\u2019s Personal Data \/ Confidential information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and dissemination, and from other unlawful actions of third parties.<\/p>\n 5.6. The Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other adverse consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User\u2019s Personal Data.<\/p>\n 5.7. The User\u2019s Personal Data is processed until the purposes set out in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy are achieved, or until the User withdraws consent to its processing. A withdrawal of consent is sent to the Administration at the address specified in clause 9.3 of this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n 6.1. The User undertakes:<\/p>\n 6.1.1. To provide the information on Personal Data necessary for the use of culturehub.uz, in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.<\/p>\n 6.1.2. To update and supplement the information provided on Personal Data if that information changes.<\/p>\n 6.2. The Administration undertakes:<\/p>\n 6.2.1. To use the information \/ Personal Data received solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n 6.2.2. To keep confidential information secret, not to disclose it without the prior written permission \/ consent of the User, and not to sell, exchange, publish or otherwise disclose the User\u2019s transferred Personal Data, except in the cases provided for in clauses 5.2 and 5.3.<\/p>\n 6.2.3. To take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User\u2019s Personal Data in accordance with the procedure normally used to protect such information in existing business practice.<\/p>\n 6.2.4. To block the Personal Data relating to the relevant User from the moment of an enquiry or request from the User, their legal representative or an authorised state body of the Republic of Uzbekistan, for the period of verification, if inaccurate Personal Data or unlawful actions are identified.<\/p>\n 7.1. The Administration that has failed to fulfil its obligations shall be liable for the losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of Personal Data, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, except in the cases provided for in clauses 5.2, 5.3 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n 7.2. On the basis of and in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in the event of the loss or disclosure of Confidential information or Personal Data, the Administration shall not be liable if such Confidential information or Personal Data:<\/p>\n 7.2.1. had become public knowledge before its loss or disclosure;<\/p>\n 7.2.2. had been received from a third party before it was received by the Administration;<\/p>\n 7.2.3. was disclosed with the User\u2019s consent.<\/p>\n 8.1. All disputes, disagreements and claims arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy, including those related to its performance, breach, termination and validity, shall be resolved through negotiations. Before applying to the courts to resolve disputes, the Parties undertake to follow the pre-trial claim procedure.<\/p>\n 8.2. If disputes are not resolved through negotiations, they shall be resolved in the courts in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.<\/p>\n 8.3. Applicable law. This Privacy Policy is governed by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.<\/p>\n 9.1. The Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User\u2019s consent.<\/p>\n 9.2. A new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is published on culturehub.uz, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n2. General provisions<\/h2>\n
